Fix GET request for '/kb-credentials/{kb-credentials-id}/users'

Description

Some issue during testing on spitfire rancher environment:
Endpoint  GET '/kb-credentials/{kb-credentials-id}/users' returns 500 Internal server error.

Logs of this error not very useful, it doesn't show the reason of error.

Approach:

  • fix endpoint

  • improve error handler logging
