Cannot manually trigger a holdings process when stuck

For one of the tenants, we observed that with latest mod-kb-ebsco-java, holdings process got stuck because the container crashed OOM. Holdings status table has 'In Progress' status.

Ideally, this process should be run once every 5 days and its not. When we try to manually trigger the process - we see the error as attached.
