Switching optimistic concurrency controls to warn only () is in code review
https://github.com/folio-org/mod-inventory-storage/pull/684
but is blocked by an outstanding decision whether MODRS-93 gets fixed for Kiwi.

Upgrade to RMB 33.1.1 has been merged to mod-inventory-storage master () a week ago: https://github.com/folio-org/mod-inventory-storage/blob/master/pom.xml#L34-L38

As I understand it, this release is currently blocked on:

  • Removing the changes for for the mainline

  • The upgrade to RMB 33.1.1

  • Switching optimistic concurrency controls to warn only

And that all of these changes are the Core Platform teams responsibility.

How wrong is my understanding?
