I tested the migration using this instruction: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/FOLIJET/How+to+test+data+migration+scripts+locally . The migrations are ok. I attached database dumps for both versions.

Having thought about this more this morning. The changes for are already in the mainline meaning this work can be started

Testing needs to wait until the backport of can be completed, as that affects the database.
