upgrade to RMB 26 and resolve related issues

Description

RMB-347 is a breaking change that forces us to remove generateId from schema.json.

After having done that, mod-inventory-storage fails. Perhaps it's a just a unit test that needs updating. But it needs to be carefully checked.

See attached mod-inventory-storage.txt for full log. Using RMB 24.1.0-SNAPSHOT

I will update the pull request after RMB-346 "Always sync _id and jsonb->>'id' using a trigger, drop "populateJsonWithId: false" option" has been merged.

Fixed. Until RMB 24.1.0 gets released you need to put 24.1.0-SNAPSHOT into pom.xml to test it.

looks like one of the tests invokes "gen_random_uuid", can you please fix this?
