"io.vertx.core.impl.NoStackTraceThrowable: Not found" error when overlaying shared FOLIO source Instance

Description

User can't update shared FOLIO source Instance using ISRI - io.vertx.core.impl.NoStackTraceThrowable: Not found error appeared in Data Import after the attempt

Preconditions

User have following permissions on Member and Central tenants: 

  • Inventory: Import single bibliographic records

  • Inventory: View, create, edit instances

  • Data import: Can view only

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create Shared FOLIO Instance on Central tenant (Inventory -> Actions -> New shared instance -> Populate all required fields and save) 

  2. Switch affiliations to Member tenant

  3. Find the created shared FOLIO source Instance

  4. Click "Actions" button -> Select "Overlay source bibliographic record" option

  5. Enter identifier (e.g. 1232123) 

  6. Click "Import" button

Expected Results:

Instance is updated with the new values. In Data import the last import is "Completed" without errors 

Actual Results: Instance is NOT updated. In Data import the last import is "Completed with errors". In JSON screen there is "io.vertx.core.impl.NoStackTraceThrowable: Not found" error

Additional Information:

Error appears only for FOLIO source instances - with MARC source all works as expected

Works as expected for:
1) Shared Instance with source = FOLIO. Overlay in member tenant:
