When the name of a supported custom field is modified, existing queries break because we store custom fields by their name. We should update our logic so this no longer occurs

• is there a way to track changes of custom fields? do they have IDs? we believe they do

Acceptance criteria:

1. Queries no longer break when a custom field name is updated

2. Column names show the current custom field name

3. Queries show the current custom field name

4. Migration will happen automatically to the new format

5. Create tickets to update the Query Builder + in mod-lists' user friendly query (if needed)
