Job details log screen should display updated values that were saved after Batch allocation.
Scenario 1
“Active” budget status instead of “Invalid reference” should be displayed in Budget status column after creating a budget without specified Budget status that automatically was set to Active.
Scenario 2
“Active” fund status instead of "Inactive" should be displayed after creating budget or increasing budget allocation for “Inactive” fund that automatically was set to Active.
Scenario 3
The name of the created budget should be displayed after the budget has been created
