End spring execution context

Description

Purpose/Overview:
Address end of context usage as per comments in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/FOLIO-3448.

FolioExecutionContext is immutable. In order to start new execution context FolioExecutionScopeExecutionContextManager.beginFolioExecutionContext(new DefaultFolioExecutionContext(...)) should be used. The FolioExecutionScopeExecutionContextManager.endFolioExecutionContext() should be called when the execution is finished.
