If multi-month reports are received during harvesting they are split into single-month reports and sent to mod-erm-usage simultaneously, all at once.
Depending on the size of these reports it can cause a high load on the receiving instance.
It might make sense to limit the amount of simultanous requests to a reasonable number. This number is best made configurable.
