Add option to filter Authority records by undefined fields

Description

Purpose/Overview: With Cql query, add possibility to filter Authority records by undefined field

Requirements/Scope:

  1. authority and authority archives could be filtered by undefined fields with GET collection API and Cql query

Approach:

Acceptance criteria:

  • Covered by integration tests

  • Karate tests are created/updated

  • Module documentation updated

  • Logging is well-defined
