Add support for wildcard indicators and [empty] indicators to the match engine

Description

Expand matching engine logic to recognize [empty] indicator value as [blank] indicator in match details.
Provide support for wildcard indicator value [*], which means any indicator.

Use scenarios 5-8 from UIDATIMP-525 to test this

Hi Now that is implemented, tested the match logic of scenarios 5-7 on UIDATIMP-525, and all looks good.
