Used profile migrated with issues - it lost its actions, therefore it cannot be used. The profile without any actions linked to matches will not produce expected results - it is broken. Fix to migration issues - - is ready, service patch approved, so we are testing and will be releasing it as part of CSP#2. Meanwhile, for tests library will need to recreate the profile (similar to what was done on poppy-bugfest) - use the same matches and link the necessary actions.
