DI job is completed but has progress bar in UI and couldn`t be deleted

Description

During the performance testing of Robustness Enhancement with the service version

fs09000002(https://ptf-ocp3-plus.int.aws.folio.org/data-import) tenant has a problem with removing the job progress bar from the UI

In the database are 3 lines for one job(highlighted in red).

After the DI test, and some additional manual checks on OCP3 and 3 tenants I didn`t reproduce this bug.

Er, it may have been MODDATAIMP-913; please deploy newest branch test/task_force_release_Orchid-1 of that module, too.

Hello, yesterday(26.09) while testing DI I stopped the job.  In the database I see that the  processing has completed, however, the progress bar is still present on the UI
