Removed from Orchid, and linked to the Vertx-Spring feature. Marked as a spike for Olamide. Not yet scheduled for development. Any large architectural change will be considered in the larger scope of refactoring Data Import, which is still TBD, and will be organized by Olamide.

Reducing scope for Morning Glory; this issue moved from MG feature to Nolana feature. Also left a comment on ARCH-12 to get more info and better understand if this refactoring is worth it.
