After upgrade from Iris Hotfix 1 to Hotfix 2 -- observing errors on DI import

Description

This issue is observed in an environment after it was upgraded from Iris HF 1 to Iris HF2

Attached mrc file for the import, additionally attached excerpts from log files for Data Import related modules

Some highlighted errors from the log files (attached log files have snippets from time of failure)
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: 'DI_SRS_MARC_BIB_RECORD_CREATED' has no corresponding value. Closing this ticket, since all of the work for this particular issue has been completed. Script from will be released as part of Iris Hotfix 3 (MODSOURCE-329), and has updated the Iris release notes.

I'll remove the Hotfix 3 stuff from this issue, since there's no code changes here. Instead, it will be on MODSOURCE-329.
