Upgrade data-import-utils to RAML Module Builder 32.x

As part of 2021 R1 it is necessary to upgrade all modules based upon RAML Module Builder to the official version, 32.x

This also includes

  • changes to the Tenant API

  • upgrading to Vert.x 4.x

I merged the PR regarding upgrading to the new RMB version and released this module, so I`ll close this ticket because there are no ways to test it manually.
