Honor -Dport setting

Description

Not being able to set a port for the java process to bind to is breaking any deployment not based on containers. Please change that - it's bad behavior for a software to only bind to a predefined (and even standardized alternative HTTP) port.

Once there is a central RMB update that covers this, it should take care of the issue for MODDATAIMP.

Hi - like Data Export, we do honor the port setting but the command line option is -Dhttp.port, not just -Dport. Please try that and let us know if it works
