Support version counter in Version history pane

Description

Overview: In the version history pane of acquisitions, a counter of the number of versions is included in the pane header. We need to match this implementation by adding a version counter to both FOLIO records and MARC record version history panes.

Requirements:

  • Add counter of versions to pane header underneath “Version history” that has “[number] versions”
