As a cataloger I want to be able to view/track updates to Inventory and MARC authority app records
Changes should include any updates made a.) by a user manually, b.) via bulk-edit, c.) via data import, d.) another app/module (i.e. Orders)
v1 expectations
Unlike the Orders app ( https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-3215#icft=UXPROD-3215), we only need to return and/or display
Each update
Each update <<last name>>, <<first name>>
Each update date-time stamp
Need to consider how to support via API ability to search/filter updates by date
Based on scope, we might only support retrieving this information via API
Be able to query
any update date-time stamp
operator
Handle long history UX
Ability at tenant level to not track operator? Or track by the action versus the person?
As a cataloger I want to be able to view/track updates to

Holdings (MARC)
Holdings (FOLIO)
Item record
Changes should include any updates
made a.) by a user manually (for example move an item/holding to another instance, b.) via bulk-edit, c.) via data import, d.) another app/module (i.e. Orders)
AND if the connected SRS is updated then record changes too
v1 expectations
Unlike the Orders app ( https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-3215#icft=UXPROD-3215), we only need to return and/or display
