[Instance/Item/Holding/Bib/Authority Audit] Retention Period Configuration

Description

Provide configuration parameter to set the retention period for audit records on tenant level
Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Retention period in years days (with default value - -1 for indefinite retention)

  2. The local configuration table is present

  3. API for enabling/disabling the feature is available with the correct permissions/capabilities

Hey - it should be:

  • Central tenant configuration impacts all shared records

  • Member tenant configuration impacts local records specific to that tenant
