Purpose: Implement dynamic keyboard shortcuts for applications based on their position in the Recent Applications Toolbar
Position of app in the toolbar corresponds with keyboard shortcut to launch the app (e.g. left-most app in Recent Applications Toolbar can be opened by Command + 1, second left app can be opened by Command + 2)
Re-positioning apps in the toolbar will modify their keyboard shortcuts accordingly
Items removed from toolbar will not be accessible by keyboard shortcut
We should discuss the actual shortcuts. Command/ctrl + numbers is already taken for tab selection in Chrome. This could get tricky cross-browser.
