Purpose: Allow tenant to select which of the 4 or so patron identifiers should be used as the primary search/scan ID within Scan > Checkout

Scenarios:

1. Scenario

   • Given the Settings app

   • When displayed

   • Then a Scan section should display along with Items and Users

2. Scenario

   • Given Scan in Settings

   • When selected

   • Then a "Check-out" sub-section should display

3. Scenario

   • Given the Check-out sub-section in Settings > Scan

   • When selected

   • Then a single-select menu should display:

     • Label: "Scan ID for patron check-out"

     • Values: Bar code, External system ID, FOLIO record number and User ID

     • Default: Bar code
