Tested on https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/ , https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/ after each of the last 2 env updates - works as expected

See example:

I will check if there any instrument to check CPU consumption. But for now I need to mention that mod-agreements have no CPU limitation.

Owen Stephens November 19, 2024 at 4:28 PM

do you have any tooling that reports on CPU usage ? Wondering if this is the same issue we’ve seen elsewhere when high CPU load leads to garbage collection being unable to run in time to free up weak references in the cache and hence cause an OOM

Maksym Sinichenko November 19, 2024 at 4:05 PM

After fed lock deleting it looks fine.
But now the container failed due to OOM - java process no reported OOM, but container memory
consumption more than hard limit 3072. In that case AWS automatically stopping the container
