Agreements are not loaded when user opens "Agreements" app

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in into FSE Dry run 1 (https://crs-sandbox2.int.aws.folio.org/ ) (Q CSP4) as an admin user.

  2. Open DevTools on Network tab

  3. Go to “Agreements” app

Expected result: Existing agreement records are displayed in the result list.

Actual result: Message *“*Request timed out” displays in the second pane. Some GET requests are canceled.
See attached screenshot:

Additional info:

  • Timeouts on all requests to agreements endpoint

  • Can’t create a new Agreement - Status dropdown is empty

  • New Agreement creation page breaks after couple of seconds with the following error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length'). In DevTools GET calls to: /erm/refdata; /erm/custprops - are in cancelled status.

  • Now also reproducible on https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/

Thanks

I consistently see the “java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "undefined"'“ error (screen print below). Should this be in a separate jira?

Yes if that needs investigation then please raise a separate Jira for it with all the relevant details

Looks like now it’s can’t be reproduced. Apologies for keeping you waiting. I’ll close

I consistently see the “java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "undefined"'“ error (screen print below). Should this be in a separate jira?

However I haven’t been able to recreate the timeout problem. I do see some OutofMemoryErrors in the log possibly related to this problem, so I increased the memory for this module from:

"memory": 5600, "memoryReservation": 5200,

to

"memory": 8800, "memoryReservation": 8544,

Maybe that will resolve it. - can you retest? thank you!

From the log: 2025-01-14 20:54:40.705 ERROR --- [ XNIO-1 task-5] .g.w.e.GrailsExceptionResolver [_NO_TENANT_] : OutOfMemoryError occurred when processing request: [GET] /erm/sas/20ef8141-9d0a-48d1-bdd7-ad17b7447e5d/resources/static/current
