Following fix to Stripes, cannot reproduce this issue - assuming stripes issue was the cause

Building platform-complete#master locally with --frozen-lockfile, there is a little more info in the stacktrace:
which I think suggests that we’re being bitten by STCOM-931 since PR 1717 addressing STCOM-928 made it into v10.1.0 but PR 1724 (addressing the knock-on STCOM-931) did not. I’m confused about why this trips the ErrorBoundary on bugfest but not locally, since it is clearly visible in the stacktrace.
I'll include STCOM-931 in the next stripes-components patch release.

Log into https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/ with user with permission to access Local KB Admin Settings
Go to Settings -> Local KB Admin -> External Data Sources

This error started displaying spotaneously with no apparent changes to code. Potentially related to ERM-2062 (missing translations) which was previously reported as an error on this page
