Translation not displaying for stripes-erm-components.canvas.actions

Overview:
The translation string for stripes-erm-compontents.canvas.actions is not displaying in the UI

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/ with user with permission to access Local KB Admin Settings

2. Go to Settings -> Local KB Admin -> External Data Sources

3. View the list of external data sources

4. See that that button is labelled stripes-erm-compontents.canvas.actions rather than "Actions" (or other appropriate translation for the tenant locale)
