Circulation Log is not providing a full count of results for a range of dates

Overview: The circulation log is not providing a full list of transactions in the UI when using the date and service point filters.

Steps to Reproduce: In either Quesnelia or Ramsons Bugfest, go the circulation log and select the date range of 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024 and Apply. Select the service point of ak-sp (Quesnelia bugfest) or system (Ramsons bugfest).

Expected Results: You will see all of the results for the time frame and service desk and be able to export a complete csv.

Actual Results: The results list is truncated, which can be seen by sorting the transactions by date. In some cases, the results show a round 1,000 no matter what the date range is.
Initial search: https://bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/circulation-log?date=2024-01-01%3A2024-12-31&limit=100&offset=0&servicePointId=3dcf3147-06c4-48d0-bb4f-a6550aa1e663 which yields 1,463 results.
Edited url: https://bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/circulation-log?date=2024-01-01%3A2024-12-31&limit=100&offset=1500&servicePointId=3dcf3147-06c4-48d0-bb4f-a6550aa1e663 which displays up to result number 1,600.

Additional Information: If you edit the offset in the url to the next 100 records, you will see the results count update and be able to view those records. If you export the csv after doing this, you will only receive the number of records that were pulled by the initial search.
