"Something went wrong" error appears on request creation page

Description

Overview: when item and patron barcodes are entered on request creation page, “Something went wrong” error appears

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open request creation page

  2. Enter item barcode

  3. Enter patron barcode (select from look-up - doesn’t matter)

Expected result: data is entered successfully, no errors appear

Actual result: “Something went wrong” error appears with details:

Error: Error: [@formatjs/intl] An `id` must be provided to format a message. You can either: 1. Configure your build toolchain with [babel-plugin-formatjs](https://formatjs.github.io/docs/tooling/babel-plugin ) or [@formatjs/ts-transformer](https://formatjs.github.io/docs/tooling/ts-transformer ) OR 2. Configure your `eslint` config to include [eslint-plugin-formatjs](https://formatjs.github.io/docs/tooling/linter#enforce-id ) to autofix this issue

Additional info: present only on Eureka snapshot, work normally on okapi

After resolve problem with mod-circulation we can create request

moved to mod-circulation for double check that all problems was resolved
