[ECS Eureka Snapshot environment] | "Request expiration date" field does not display expiration date on request creation

Description

Overview: when expiration date is set on ECS request creation page it’s not displayed on details pane when request is saved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. There’s an available item with barcode in holding created in Member tenant

  2. There’s a user with barcode in Central tenant

  3. Open Requests app

  4. Click “Actions” → “New”

  5. Populate fields for item and patron

  6. Select request type and pickup service point

  7. Pick a date in "Request expiration date" field

  8. Save the request

Expected result: all populated fields display correct entered values

Actual result: "Request expiration date" field is empty

Additional info: reproducible only for ECS environment, for non-ECS the date is populated.

Reproducible for both item and title level requests

Expiration date can be populated on edit page - as a workaround.
