[ECS Snapshot ] - Additional duplicated pick slips for TLRs are present in .pdf with pick slips

Description

Overview: when at least 1 Page title level request is created for current service point, generated .pdf file with pick slips contains duplicated empty slips with the same request id as TLR. When there are several TLRs, empty slip is generated for each TLR on this SP.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a “Page” title level request (note service point related to item home location)

  2. Select appropriate service point related to created TLR

  3. Open “Requests” app and click “Actions” → “Print pick slips for <service point>”

  4. Check generated preview

Expected result: number of slips in generated file is equal to number of requests related to current service point

Actual result: slip with empty values was added at the end of the document, only request id is available in such slips.

UPD: after snapshot update the issue is not present on Central tenant for ECS TLR printing, but another problem is noticed - not all details are present in pick slip for TLR from member tenant:

When local instance from member tenant is used for TLR in member tenant, some data from tokens is not populated, e.g. barcode and title.

do you know, whether it should be addressed as a separate problem, and whether it’s a valid scenario at a library? Thank you

Hi, and . Can you take a look at this bug when you have a chance? Thoughts on why this is seen in Snapshot? Would this weekend’s Snapshot module updates have fixed it? I do not get the same result in ECS Eureka Bugfest. If it is seen in both ECS and non-ECS Snapshots, let’s clone this ticket and have two separate tickets, one for ECS and one for Non-ECS. cc
