[Spike] Estimate mod-pubsub deprecation

Description

Estimate the effort required for replacement of mod-pubsub with folio-kafka-wrapper in mod-circulation, mod-feesfines, mod-patron-blocks

Spike scope:

  • How to implement domain event producer?

  • How to implement Transactional Outbox pattern?

  • How to migrate from one approach to another while releasing?

  • Estimate getting rid of PubSub endpoints, schemas, files etc.

  • Review Kafka practices on FOLIO (including naming convention, partitioning)

Since this is about a possible replacement of PubSub with Kafka, please also consider the Outbox Pattern to implement reliable sending of domain events.
