dereference patron group ID to display the name along with the request

guys, we have decided to resolve this and create follow up issues for resolving the permissions issues?

I merged the primary branch yesterday. As this work ran concurrently with and others, there is some consolidation that needs doing. Given that and have also been done concurrently as well, there is likely to be more consolidation needed after those too.

Given the number of additional related records that are now being fetched for requests, I think it is quite likely that the module permissions are out of sync with the HTTP requests being made. I was going to review those as part of this, alternatively I can close this and and raise another issue?
