Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into kiwi bugfest as User with privileges to edit circulation rules

  2. Enter a new rule in the form g northwestern-12-weeks + t buo

  3. Save rules

Expected Results:
Syntax error message 'policy missing'
Actual Results:
rules are saved
Additional Information:
Entering g northwestern-12-weeks + t buo :
does produce the syntax error message 'policy missing after :'

I've tested the ticket on snapshot, it works based on "expected results".

Hello ! I already investigated this problem and it looks like BE issue. If we type ":" without policy we get 422 code from BE with an error message in responce "policy missing after :". Otherwise if we don't type ":" at all, we get status code 204 and no error, so FE shows notification with a succesfull message. Check attachments please.

The Lotus release is fine. This is a very unusual error I just stumbled on.
