Override button being shown when only item not renewed is claimed returned
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/
    1. check out 2 items to a patron using a loan policy that allows renewals
    ( suggested loan type = stks, patron group = Northwestern, 12 week
    2. mark one item claims returned
    3. from users record
    select all
    click on renew


Expected Results:
Item not claimed returned renewed
Item claimed returned not renewed
Modal displayed with reason not renewed
Override button not displayed or greyed out
Actual Results:
Override button displayed as active
However, override does not work

I tested in snapshot. It is now working correctly

Evidence have been added.

The fix was deployed and verified on snapshot. It works as expected

If an item is claimed returned, the item cannot be renewed through an override.

So the bug is that the override button is displayed as active.

 could you please clarify if the "Claim returned" loan status is overridable? If the loan status is Claim returned, can we renew this loan through override?
