Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

2. Check-out item and click end-session button

*Expected Results: The session should be ended

*Actual Results: The sessions continue to keep in DB.

Additional Information:
This issue is not reproducible in snapshot.

The session expiration endpoint which is called by Timer API every 3 minutes also cannot end en expired session
