Error message when closing a request

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Requests
2. Search for a open request to close
3. Cancel the request
4. Choose cancellation reason

What's supposed to happen: The request is cancelled
Actual result. User get error message (see attached screenshot) and request is cancelled

Hi . We figured out that this error displays when you click cancel more than once (which you are inclined to do because nothing happens the first time). Current thinking is that we will disable the cancel button after it has been clicked and display a loading indicator until the cancel process is completed.

I have seen this before, as well, but am never able to repro after it happens. Am I right that the request is actually cancelled once you close the error, ?

I think we should create a dev ticket for this and have some of the developers take a look to see if they have any theorieso. I will do that.

This is still happening after upgrade to 3.2. I've attached a screen shot.
