Unclear if it's possible to add a new POL or not

Description

On an open order it's possible to delete the POL, and then change the order status back to pending. Now I can add a new POL and fill in the fields, but when hitting Save, I get a red error message. Maybe this is not the intended use of an Order/Order line, but if it's not is should be clearer and I should not be able to create the new POL at all.

I think this issue about flexibility is related to https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/CHAL-115

Support SIG - Is this fully captured in the UIOR-609? and if so should we close it? We have also included in the Support Dashboard and classified it as a Support Bug.

See the status of and for details on progress. Essentially there is a bug that prevents the user from adding new POLs and editing POLs on "Unopened" orders (Ie. orders that have been moved from open back to pending). The fix has required updates to multiple modules that make up the Order app. We have made progress and intend to release the fix with the Q3 release. We are down to the wire now so it may be included in a Bugfix release if it can't be resolved this week.

I think CHAL -115 is likely obsolete as the receiving workflow is very different in Fameflower and Goldenrod. references problems with un-opening orders and editing them as pending. We currently are working on this issues under https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIOR-605. We are also working on https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIOR-609 with is a bug preventing users from editing some data in the POL when an order is Open.
