DR-000009 - Handle i18n where messages are generated requires back-end modules that store reference data to handle reference data translation.
However, until back-end modules get this implemented libraries need to manually upload translations and cannot use https://lokalise.com/ to manage the translation process for reference data.
For a few back-end modules scripts are available to upload translated reference data.
