Problem:
- Viewing fund activity requires an excessive number of groups to collect all the desired detail for reporting.
Use cases:
- Each selector has a group that provides visibility for their funds. Allowing them to filter by fund type would allow them to see a subset of those Funds. This is something they would reference daily or weekly. This helps them keep an eye on progress and informs purchasing decisions
- Where groups are team-based we would also like to be able to view this level of information. It would generally be referenced on a daily or weekly basis.
- Filtering ledger information by Fund type would be looked at more often during FYRO or on a monthly basis
Proposed Solution 1:
Allow users to filter group Financial summary by Fund type
Allow users to filter Ledger Financial summary by Fund type
Proposed Solution 2
Allow user to better organize groups and potentially create "Sub-groups" based on Fund criteria or just assigning some for the funds in that group to the subgroup
When creating a new subgroup user must add a name, code etc and wither assign funds or input details for determining what funds are considered as part of the group
