• Is the 10Mb size limit acceptable for uploaded profile pictures?
  • Yes.
• What is the desired functionality if a profile picture exists, but profile pictures have been disabled in Settings.
  • All images deleted automatically? Should we have a prompt to alert about mass deletion?
  • Deleted images stored in FOLIO database?
  • Functionality should be separate: Hiding pictures available but not displayed (disabled) versus automatic mass deletion if disabled in Settings. Mass deletion should require a unique permission.

• Progress of "German" Reminder Fee - Jana Freytag (Convener RA SIG) will check with Hebis to see if someone from there can present the current status in our UM SIG.

Comment received regarding username in User Type: Staff and User Type: Patron: Wouldn't some patrons still need usernames to login into their library accounts (those patrons who use the Folio connector to login)? If yes, should this info be added as well?

Group agreed to clarify that either User Type can have the username field populated and emphasize that User Type: Patron will not log into FOLIO. For staff, username allows them to log into FOLIO to conduct library transactions and manage library records. For patrons, username may be used as an identifier to connect the user record to an external library system (e.g., discovery layer, self-checkout). Patrons will not use the username to log into FOLIO to manage their library accounts.
