Ramsons release updates - Lists app

  • Demo of ECS (Enhanced Consortia Support) functionality that was added to the Lists app as part of the Ramsons release

    • Access to the Lists app is determined per tenant

      • Tenant Affiliation + Lists App permissions + Content permissions = Access to Lists/FQM (FOLIO Query Machine)

    • Support for cross-tenant queries from the Central tenant

      • Queries occur only in central tenant

      • Limited record types supported

      • Query can include data from >1 tenant

      • Query results affected by the user’s affiliations, app, content permissions

      • Access to cross-tenant queries:

        • Lists app

        • FQM (via (API)

        • Bulk edit (via Query)

      • Supported entities

        • Instances, Holdings, Items

      • List visibility defaults to Private; View restricted to single user via private visibility option

    • Cross-tenant query expectations (see slides)

      • Shared = Central tenant

      • Local = Member tenant
