The Product Owner (PO) has a pivotal role in FOLIO's product development lifecycle. This person:

  • Ensures features/workflows needed by the community are developed
  • Serves as a customer advocate for feature/workflow development 
  • Translates business level requirements from the community to technical level requirements for development teams
