Notes

Andrea: Developers meeting in early May in Ipswich, MA (not a full Wolfcon). Do we need a face-to-face meeting for SIG or some reps? We should assure there is technology for remote participation - e.g. Skype or Zoom.  Cate says there is a lot of RA development taking place now, but most RA features are analysis complete. On Monday, we will review a list of priorities to discover who is interested in participating. Cate will share document outlining priorities for the meeting to see who might want to participate in f2f discussions.

Emma. In-app report for overdue loans; to support hourly, daily or frequent work. In-app indicates reports are run from FOLIO and not an external BI tool.

1. Set criteria/outputs.

a. Results available in FOLIO app or to export (CSV/Excel)? We want both!

b. selections exist around various entities like 'loans', 'items', 'requests', 'users', 'fines/fees' ...

c. set criteria once and then re-run? Are we creating reports for reuse? Are customized reports available to individual login or to broader institution? It seems like we need custom report selections created by supervisor and able to run by lower level login.
