Our FOLIO implementation is part of a broader systems migration and implementation project, which is led by an implementation steering committee, which manages the work of several Implementation Advisory Working Groups (IAWGs) which are responsible for gathering required information, providing advice to the steering commmiteee, and performing the day-to-day work necessary to facilitate the migration. Where necessary, these IAWGs may be sub-divided or split. |
