A core team with staff from each functional area that meets with our EBSCO team leaders.  Other staff join meetings as a functional area is focused on. We have Folio Committee that includes 10 people, lead by the Systems & Access Services Librarian Olga Kalachinskaya.

FullNo. We plan to go live on June 21, 2023 on full Folio.

No.  We will still have old system for about 3-4 weeks at go live, but plan to use FOLIO and not run in parallel.
