You should think of the Codex Search per se as dealing with records that are more like records in the Dublin Core format, than the complete and exhaustive MARC format. When you want to do detailed Inventory searching, the Inventory app is the way to go. And if you want to do detailed searching in the knowledge base, then the eHoldings app will provide more advanced search functionality.

In Codex Search following filter have been implemented
- Source
- Resource Type
- Location
- Available locations identical with the locations specified in Settings > Tenant > Location setup, which is used in Inventory (Effective location (item) and Permanent location)
- Holdings Status (for electronic resource)
- Available online is identical with what Khalilah just showed the selected resource in the eHoldings app, the Selected resources
- Language
