Meeting Notes

We continued the review of the Report samples spreadsheet. It is difficult to create a comprehensive list of data elements needed, since we need access to ALL the data, across functional areas (BIB Holdings and Item data, Invoice, Fund, Circulation, Acquisitions, etc.)  The spreadsheet lists examples of typical reports that we run at our institutions, but this represents just a small slice of what is needed. The purpose of the reports include day to day operations in all functional areas, as well as collection maintenance, budgetary allocation and expenditure planning, fiscal accounting for the unit library and institution.
