The Reporting SIG uses the Reporting JIRA project to track all data warehouse reports. Below you will find the steps required to add a new report to JIRA. Reporting SIG Master Spreadsheet.
STEP #1: Go to JIRA and login with your credentials (your wiki and JIRA login is the same one).

STEP #3: Enter the report information in the Create Issue window as shown in the image below and press the Create button.
Note: From here on we will use issue REP-35 as an example.
STEP #4: You need to edit the issue you just created to add the Reporting SIG Spreadsheet URL, which is the link from the JIRA issue back to the row the report resides in within the Reporting SIG Master Spreadsheet. To do this...
a. Open the Reporting SIG Master Spreadsheet.
b. Locate the row the report resides in and click on the entire row.
c. Then right-click in cell A of the row and select option Get link to this range as shown in the image below.
d. Copy the link that is supplied as shown in the image below.
e. Paste the link into the Reporting SIG Spreadsheet URL field as shown in the image below.
STEP #5: Copy the JIRA Issue Key link from the issue and paste it into the Folio JIRA Issue(s) column.
