App Orders
- The basic print function is available for “Print order” and “Print order line” in the App Orders
Settings / Orders
- It is proposed to implement an editor to create PDF files of the orders according to the creation of the “Staff slips” in the Settings / Circulation
- The text, layout and logos are defined there for all orders
- If necessary, several templates can be created and implemented
- The data (address, invoice values, …) is derived from the orders and order lines
- Aim: Each institution can create the layout of their order according to the local demands
- It is proposed to implement an opportunity to define the directory to save the PDF files
- The print of the PDF files should be enhanced by a batch function, which enables saving of the PDF files of all open and unsent orders.
